Un acercamiento a la poesía de tema homosexual de Abigael Bohórquez

Abstract

  This article reviews the homosexual topic in the poetry of the Mexican writer Abigael Bohórquez, particularly the one he wrote, in the context of the emergence of sexual diversity movements in Mexico that struggled for the visibility and respect for non-heterosexual communities. However, the figure of the writer was ignored within the literary spaces and those of political-sexual activism. The possible importance of the poet's amatory and sexual discourse as part of the visibility in an effervescent and propitious time for solidarity between sexual dissidents is reviewed.
