Justo Sierra en Nueva York. Miradas sobre el espacio urbano

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to analyse the perception of the urban areas in the chronicles written by Justo Sierra when he travelled to the United States of America (1895), specially in the dedicated ones to the city of New York. In them, tries to describe his look of the change and the movement, the growth of the city and his impact in the way of life, the relation between the crossed space and his previous representations.
