La autorreferencialidad: muerte o subversión del autor

  • María Esther Castillo García Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro, México.

Abstract

By the semiotics point of view, Barthes writes in “The Death of the Author”, that the autor is not furnished with a being which precedes or exceeds his writing. But even his “poetics” in the elastic acceptation given that proposition, is still important considering the limits that define it, and the late writings such as Roland Barthes by Roland Barthes; and most important, the autorreferenciality given by contemporary narratives. This presentation addresses this tendency in four contemporary novelists.
